Sarah Shewey is a pioneer woman of the experience economy. She is the Founder & CEO of Happily, the first nationwide network of freelance event planners. She is also the co-founder of TEDActive, the founder of EXP, and the co-founder of The Margin and the board president of dublab. An environmentalist, Sarah has spoken about the importance of sustainable event practices on NPR and publications around the world. She also co-invented the world’s first underwater projector.

Jenny is the VP of Marketing for InStyler, an innovative beauty brand with a focus on reimagining hair tools. Prior to InStyler, Jenny served as interim Head of Content at global media beauty network, Beautycon, and was the General Manager of Maker Studios’ Lifestyle network. She also co-founded digital strategy consultancy, The Fancys, with her sister and is co-host of the podcast Millennial Scumbags.

Bettina Sherick is the SVP, Consumer Insights and Innovation in the Data Strategy group at 20th Century Fox, where she works on a team with data strategists and scientists to find breakthrough ways to engage with movie-goers. Prior to this role, Ms. Sherick was the SVP of Strategic Digital Marketing for 20th Century Fox International. Sherick founded Hollywood In Pixels, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of digital marketing campaigns so that generations to come can experience the seminal technology-driven storytelling that transformed how Hollywood markets movies. She has presented to audiences around the world about entertainment digital marketing, and authored a chapter on digital history in the book “Digital State: How the Internet is Changing Everything”.
Mimi Slavin has worked with top industry influencers and companies such as Nestle, Warner Bros., CBS Films and DreamWorks Animation. Known as a keen brand strategist, she is recognized for driving performance across creative, strategy, digital, production, research, publicity, partnership and advertising functions in several industries including theatrical marketing and distribution, home entertainment, streaming, television, consumer packaged goods and technology. Mimi’s greatest point of pride is her ability to excel while maintaining her sense of humor. Currently an Executive Marketing Consultant, Mimi is providing advisory services for brands, content providers, distribution platforms, private equity, select charities, film festivals and tech startups. Film Fund Director @ Sundance Institute
Hajnal is the Film Fund Director at the Sundance Institute, where she finds, cultivates and finances bold, cinematic, non-fiction storytellers from around the globe. In addition to overseeing the granting of $1.5 – 2 million dollars per year, Hajnal provides creative and editorial advice to supported films and filmmakers. Hajnal serves as a panelist, nominator and industry advisor for international film festivals, pitch forums and funds. Hajnal also works with community and arts-based non-profits in LA, and serves on the the I Believe in Her Committee focused on equipping, empowering, and inspiring 30 of the most at-risk young ladies in central LA to pursue their education and career goals and make positive life choices and discover their self-worth. Hajnal is fluent in Hungarian.

Judith Martinez is the Founder and CEO of InHerShoes. InHerShoes is a millennial led, social impact driven, global organization committed to catalyzing courage for young girls and women around the world. Their mission is simple: activate the genius of a generation to make a difference in their communities now. A by-product being re-defying traditional standards of what it looks like to be a successful woman today. She most recently was selected as one of CSQ Magazine’s #NextGen10 for her impact in the arena of Arts, Culture, and Philanthropy in the Los Angeles entrepreneurial space.

With over 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, Nicky has worked as a writer, stylist, brand consultant, and publicist for luxury brands such as Givenchy, Isabel Marant, and Stella McCartney. She is the VP of Content for Rachel Zoe Inc. where she manages teams in LA and NY, overseeing their creation of content for web, email, video, and social media platforms, reaching 16 million women worldwide. She also has her own creative consulting business and co-founded the bag line Barrineau. She received her M.A. in Consumer Psychology from NYU and her B.A. in Psychology from NYU.
Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and Communications @ Disney
After spending four years working as an intelligence and policy analyst on counterterrorism and homeland security matters for several federal agencies, Jessica joined the Corporate Global Security team at The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) as a Senior Threat Analyst. Her early time at Disney was spent analyzing large-scale risks to the Company’s operations overseas before developing and launching the first enterprise-wide security awareness program. She currently leads all strategic planning and communications for security at Disney under the Chief Security Officer. Jessica is a Fulbright Scholar and has a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics from Lafayette College and a master’s degree in International Politics from American University. Her most significant achievement: being a Mom of three kids under four years old.
