Ami is the Director of Product Design for Evernote, a company with over 300 employees and 200m users. Prior to joining Evernote, Ami earned her masters from Stanford as an HP Resident Fellow. She designed curriculum and lectured to masters students, and also sat on the Stanford University Advisory Board for the Learning, Design, and Technology Program. Her passion for yoga spurred her to co-create a mobile app called 49poses, which aims to teach yoga to kids.
Chief Creative Officer and Founding Partner @ Brit + Co
Anjelika is the Chief Creative Officer and Founding Partner at Brit + Co, where she is responsible for the visual identity of the brand. As Brit + Co’s first hire, Anjelika created the company’s aesthetic and oversees the creative, editorial, and video teams. Prior to Brit + Co, Anjelika worked in the creative department of Lowe/Deutsch and the art-meets-tech startup 20×200. When she’s not ideating her heart out, you’ll find her throwing dinner parties with friends or adventuring with her husband David, her daughter Anokhi, and her slightly internet-famous dog Turkey.

Anneka started her career as a software engineer. Over the course of 7 years, she worked her way to Chief Product Officer and now co-CEO of LiveRamp, where she leads the product, engineering, marketing, and general and administrative teams. In 2016, Anneka was recognized as a Top 10 Digital Marketing Innovator by AdAge. She earned her bachelor’s in Math and Computational Sciences from Stanford, and completed the Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Jess Lee is a partner at Sequoia Capital. Previously, she held leadership positions at Google and Polyvore. While at Google, Jess was a product manager for Google Maps. In 2009, Jess joined Polyvore as a product manager after providing their co-founder with feedback on issues with the website. She was later named VP of Product, an honorary co-founder, and ultimately CEO. Polyvore was acquired by Yahoo in 2015. Jess holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. She has been featured in Fortune Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list and Glamour Magazine’s Top 35 Under 35 Women in Tech.

Joy is responsible for Diversity & Inclusion at Electronic Arts, Inc. Prior to joining EA, Joy managed D&I for numerous branches of the Walt Disney Company. Joy began her career in the NBC Page Program after interning at Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and worked in production at The John Walsh Show and Dateline NBC. She has also held various positions at NBC Universal and Fox. A passionate advocate for women and youth empowerment, Joy led efforts to develop mentoring programs for teenage girls in various cities and a “career boutique” for women in Los Angeles.

Lee Anne Grant is the Head of Business Development at Brandless. Prior to joining Brandless, Lee Anne was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for ShopStyle.com, part of PopSugar. She previously worked at AOL and Google. She is a certified Yoga Instructor, Ironman, and 4x marathoner. She received her B.A. from Northwestern University and MBA from Yale. Chef Tanya Holland is the Executive Chef and Owner of Brown Sugar Kitchen in Oakland, CA. She is also the author of the Brown Sugar Kitchen Cookbook and New Soul Cooking; and served as the host and soul food expert on television series Melting Pot. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and literature from the University of Virginia, as well as a Grande Diplôme from La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Burgundy, France.

Valerie is a civil rights and consumer appellate attorney and was named 2014 Street Fighter of the Year by the Consumer Attorneys of California. Having raised over $1,000,000 for California state progressive causes and candidates, Val realized after last year’s election that California poses a unique opportunity. While other organizations offer training and recruitment resources for progressive women candidates, no other PAC is dedicated to closing the gender gap in California state politics. And so Fund Her was born.
