The Hustle Daily Show Launch – Tech Sweepstakes Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and U.S. residents.  Employees of The Hustle are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 08:00 a.m. EST on February 2, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 9, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by signing up using this link and following the Hustle Daily Show on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts. Once you sign up, you may like and comment on an Instagram or a TikTok post about the Hustle Daily Show, or like and retweet a Twitter post about Hustle Daily Show. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period via online entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.  

WINNER SELECTION: Eight (8) winners will be determined by whoever earns the most points during the Sweepstakes Period. Points will be earned in the following ways: 

  • 35 points for anyone who signs up for the Sweepstakes using your referral link
  • 10 points if you follow The Hustle Daily Show on Apple or Spotify Podcasts
  • 5 points if you like and comment on the Hustle’s promo post on Instagram
  • 5 points if you like and comment on the Hustle’s promo post on TikTok
  • 5 points if you like and comment on the Hustle’s promo post on Twitter
  • 1 Point if you share the Sweepstakes via Facebook Messenger
  • 2 Points if you share the Sweepstakes via WhatsApp
  • 2 Points if you share the Sweepstakes via email
  • 2 Points if you share the Sweepstakes via Twitter
  • 2 Points if you share the Sweepstakes via Facebook
  • 2 Points if you share the Sweepstakes via Linkedin

The winners will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by The Hustle, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, The Hustle may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: The winners will receive one the following prizes (or cash equivalent):

  • Fully Standing Desk – $483.00
  • iPad Pro – $799.00
  • The Hustle Trends.co membership (3 year) – $750.00
  • Apple iPhone 13 – $829.00
  • Apple Macbook Air – $899.00
  • Apple Macbook Pro – $1,299.00

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: [ $5,877 ]. Overall odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. 

CONDITIONS: The Hustle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). The Hustle also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, The Hustle reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE HUSTLE OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE HUSTLE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR THE HUSTLE’S USE OF ANY ENTRY INFORMATION. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to The Hustle all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If potential winners do not respond to notification, or are not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prizes will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

Requests for winners’ lists must be received within one month after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
