The 4 Best Products for Getting Perfect Sleep

For the past 4 months, I've tested dozens of products in search for the perfect sleep. These are the best.

Good sleep, clean eating, exercise, meditation and a community of close friends. Nail those things and you’re setting yourself up for a long and healthy life.

However, of all those things, perfecting sleep has had the biggest difference in my life. Over the past 6 months I’ve tested dozens of products, apps, and tricks. Here are the things that’ve had a meaningful improvement on my sleep.

The Best Products for Perfect Sleep

The perfect temp: Bionaire Window Fan ($54.99). Sleep experts say that humans snooze best between 60-70 degrees. I’ve found that 65 is perfect. However, I don’t have an A/C and portable air conditioners rarely work well and are loud. The Bionaire fan does the trick.

Complete darkness: Bucky Sleep Mask ($9.99). I call this my eye bra. Unlike most sleep masks, the Busky mask curves perfectly around the face.

Comfy blanket: Pacific Coast European Comforter ($159.99). Some people pay hundreds for a good comforter. After testing 8 different brands, I found this one to be the best. Plus, Wirecutter named it the best comforter for 3 years in a row.

Ambient noise: Relax Sleep ASMR (free) I’ve bought fancy noise machines before and just returned them. Why? Because this YouTube page is better. I turn down my screen brightness and scroll the video to 10 min left. The snowy river is my favorite.
